Kristin’s Workout Update

My initial six weeks with Jason is now over. I am happy to report that I am six pounds lighter with a completely new outlook to fitness.

My last week was derailed with a severe case of tendinitis, however my doctor has told me I should be able to resume regular activity by next week.

I have opted to continue moving forward with Jason for several reasons.

  1. Jason is an awesome motivator
  2. I swear he is clairvoyant; every time I get the urge to eat something loaded in high calories I receive an email encouraging me to eat clean (ugh)
  3. Jason designs workout to fit your likes and dislikes. I hate crunches yet I have a flatter tummy and I HAVE not performed one single conventional crunch.
  4. Lastly, the workouts are short but intense. I had a problem before finding time to fit in workouts because I was under the impression I had to work out for an hour plus to see any results. Nothing could be further from the truth, the short intense workouts that Jason creates combined with clean eating has helped me tone and see results quicker. 

I will continue to log my progress here at Dallas South by checking in every two weeks so stay tuned for updates and the final weigh in.
