New Fine Arts Building For Sale
According to sources close to the negotiations, the owners of the proposed New Fine Arts store in the Red Bird Area have agreed to sale the building. They claimed to have invested $1 million dollars in the property.
Work is still going on at the site, but the sign designating the building as a sexually oriented business has been removed. I will have more to say after an official announcement has been made.
