South Oak Cliff Coach James Mays II nominated to coach All Star Game
According to the Dallas Morning News High School Sports Blog, South Oak Cliff basketball Coach James Mays II has been nominated by the Texas High School Coaches Association to coach in next year's All-Star game. Ross Taylor posts that the game will to be held in San Antonio, and the election will be held Saturday, Feb. 2 at a regional meeting.
Coach Mays, is one of eight coaches nominated. The SOC Golden Bears have won the last three Class 4A State Championships.
