Dallas man cleared of rape charges after 27 years in prison

According to a story by Steve McGonigle of the Dallas Morning News, State District Judge John Creuzot has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday morning during which he is expected to order the 47-year-old man released on a personal bond and find him to be innocent. Dallas County's list of innocent inmates cleared by DNA testing now stands at 15, the most in the nation.
