Week 2 Fitness Update from Kristin

Last week I wrote that the workouts were a bit on the light side. How I long for the days of yesterday.  Be careful what you ask for because if Jason is your trainer you are likely to receive.

Watching the amount of calories I consume is getting easier every day. The nutrition plan which I refer to as smart eating encourages me to search the nutrition label to examine calories per serving.

My favorite snack consists of one rice cake at 50 calories, a TSP of yogurt (negligible calories), TSP of honey 22 calories, and one kiwi 46 calories. This snack totals 118 calories and provides a great feeling of satiety better than a bag skittles or hot tamales.
