Week Three Fitness Update from Kristin
Yes! I can finally say I see results. I tried on a shirt that I had hiding in the back of my closet and it actually fit. No more buttons hanging on for dear life.
Exercise is once again becoming part of my routine. When I first made the commitment to work out 4 times a week I did not know where I was going to find the time. As the saying goes, you make time for what you want and each week I am able to find time because I am no longer exhausted when I come home.
I still have hard days especially on those days when I don’t make it home until 8pm and still have to work out. However, those days when I just want to sit down and do nothing are some of my best work outs these, are the days I push myself extra hard.
In the end I am not disappointed my reward is felt in my tired and used muscles and an overall sense of wellbeing.
