HR 848: CONGRESSWOMAN EDDIE BERNICE JOHNSON NO LONGER CO-SPONSOR OF CONTROVERSIAL BILL
I just received word that Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson is no longer a co-sponsor of HR 848, legislation that was proposed by Rep. John Conyers. Many have voiced concerns that the bill which would require radio stations to pay royalties to music artists would be the death of black radio.
